STANDARD PRODUCTS

• You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, or return your product within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any offer code or gift code values.
• Return shipping charges are your responsibility, and the product must be in like-new condition (e.g., no scratches, dings, bent corners, etc.) upon receipt at our facility. To initiate a return, email us at returns@vcmetaldecor.com within 30 days of receiving your product.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Custom products are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.

SHIPPING POLICY EXCEPTIONS

Please note that additional shipping charges may apply in the following situations:

• Custom orders: Due to their unique nature, custom orders may require special handling and shipping arrangements, resulting in additional fees.
• Oversized products: Products that exceed standard shipping dimensions or weights may incur additional shipping charges.
• Remote access locations: Deliveries to areas that are difficult to access or are located in remote regions may require additional shipping fees.

These additional charges will be communicated to you prior to shipment, and will be added to your total order cost.
